  • What does the $35 include?
    You pick up the letters in American Fork the day before and bring them back to the same place the day after you display them. It includes a customized message including accessories based on availability.
  • Do you deliver?
    We love to rent the signs for local pickup to keep our price low. We also have an option to deliver for an additional $35 if the location is within 15 minutes of our location. If it is more than 15 minutes, additional fees may apply. Please message us with questions.
  • When should I reserve a date?
    You can reserve a date as early as you'd like! We have limited inventory and our letters are reserved on a first come, first served basis.
  • Can I rent them for longer than 24 hours?
    The $35 rental fee means you get to display them approximately 24 hours. Typically pickup is the day before and return is the day after. Depending on availability, they can be kept for longer for an additional fee. Please send a message for details.
  • What if I want a custom message with accessories or letters that you don't have?
    Send us a message. With at least 3 weeks notice, we will consider ordering custom pieces.
  • When is payment due?
    Payment is due at pickup or after the sign is installed if you are choosing to have it delivered. I accept Venmo & cash.
  • Where are you located?
    We are located near Evergreen Park in American Fork. I send an exact address after a reservation form is submitted.
  • Do you have a rush charge?
    If you give us less than 24 hours notice to put together a custom sign for you, there may be a rush fee. Depending on the circumstance, the rush charge varies but is typically around $10.
  • What if I can't return the sign on the designated day?
    Just stay in contact with us and let us know of the situation. We try to be flexible and understanding and are often willing to work with you. If we can't work something out, we do offer pickup only for $10+ depending on the location.
